Professor Tart maintains one mailing list through the University of California at Davis.

The list, "studentnotices@ucdavis.edu," is for occasional (sometimes several in one week, sometimes several weeks between announcements) messages about transpersonal/altered states/consciousness/(para)psychological news he thinks is of interest to 'students' (which includes professionals who are still learning, like himself) of these areas.

You may sign up for the list by typing the email address you want to receive mail at, your name in the appropriate boxes below, and then clicking the Submit button at the bottom of the form. Once the sign up is confirmed, you will receive an email notification.

If you use the common form of "white list" spam filtering, the first time you get an email from Studentnotices@ucdavis.edu , your spam filter will hold it while sending out a query asking Studentnotices to prove it's a human being by recognizing some distorted letters and number. Studentnotices isn't a human being, though and will simply ignore the request--you'll never get any Studentnotices, I won't have any idea you tried to sign up. So pre-clear messages from Studentnotices@ucdavis.ed u in your spam filter software.

All emailed notices on the list always include instructions on how to unsubscribe (a simple email) if you don't want to continue.
